Our story begins with the realization of lack of funding and capacity to foster the large numbers of adoptable community/homeless cats on the Northern Neck. A small all-volunteer group sprang into action, creating a vision, and identifying actions to reach our vision. We do not receive local or state funding and rely completely on the generosity of our donors, community and volunteers.
